Q. How long will delivery take?

Delivery deadline is established on an individual basis for each order and agreed while placing the order before payment. The order can be delivered at any time during the established period. Requests like "delivering that order earlier than the established period" are not excepted and may result in rejecting the order. Please make sure you control your timing in accordance with the provided deadline.

Q. Can you send me your demo via E-mail?

You can download all samples from the portfolio page on this website. Both video and audio formats are available for downloading. You can provide your clients with the downloaded files.

Q. Can you recording in English with the Russian accent?

Yes. But it requires additional payment.

Q. Can you do the same voice as in the sample that I sent you?

Yes. I will do my best to record a voice similar to your sample but take into consideration: every voice actor has a unique voice timbre, manner and, needless to say, age. I can copy the manner, voice speed and pronunciation, but sounding exactly the same way a different person does is impossible. Please pay attention that it refers to the samples without any specific effects and processing. I do not accept orders requiring to reproduce the sample's specific effects and voice processing. By ordering voice you get raw voice. You need to apply any specific effects on your own.

Q. What kind of records do you not do?

My voice is my instrument. I take care of my voice like an artist who takes care of the brushes. For this reason I do not do a record for: screams, throat roaring and any other types of voice producing that cause a high pressure on vocal cords. Above all, any orders with obscene language, direct insults and sexual content are not accepted and can be declined.

Q. What does "Sync to Video" mean?

Having requested sync you get one audio file in wav format which is completely sync to your video/audio/timecode. You'll need to insert this file in your project at the start of the time line. Pay attention: you get only audio; video editing is not included in this offer. Make sure you have your script ready for a record before ordering the sync. The main clients' mistake is sending the script which takes 1 minute to do a record while video time is limited to 20 seconds. In such cases the script must be shortened. An unfit script will be synchronised and recorded but in that case you get will need re-record. Each re-recording is additionally charged.

Q. Can you translate an English script for a recording in Russian?

Yes. I have a professional translator in my team who translates scripts without using any online translation services. Pay attention, I do not provide the translation service only. The translation of the script is provided with the order for a voiceover.

Q. What professional equipment and software do you use?

For achieving best results I use: Neumann TLM 103, Grace Design M101, Focusrite Saffire PRO 40, ADAM A8X, Avid Pro Tools. The record is produced in a soundproof booth. The signal does not include any background noises or reverberation. For achieving a most clean signal all the details are considered, even cables. All production commutation is produced by the KLOTZ.

Q. Can I have the document rights for using the commercials?

Yes. All produced commercials are delivered with the passport (a document which contains the information about the author of the music). Transferring the rights for the actor's voice is impossible.

Q. Can we contact via phone? I'll tell you everything in by phone!

Long-term experience and communication with my clients from all over the world have proved that talking on phones is wasting valuable time. Instead you can briefly provide all your requirements in a written form application. Believe me, this form of request is faster and more practical than a 30 minutes talk on discussing the abstract vision of the result.

Q. Is it possible to re-record a delivered order?

It is possible. If the result does not meet the requirements you have provided it will be free of charge. Any changes you would want to implement will be considered as a new order and can be performed according to the current prices.

Q. When do I have to pay for the order?

I require 100% of payment in advance. Delivering orders for the clients who have concluded a "Subscribtion" contract is an exception. According to this contract the payment is required at the end of each month. "Subscribtion" contract is available for the Russian Federation territory only.
